SE11 Sessions @ Tea House Theatre, London (Vauxhall)

SE11 Sessions is Tea House Theatre's regular offering of live jazz, soul & funk! Each month a guest vocalist fronts the house band for a themed opening set, with all musicians then encouraged to join the fray for a pumping jam.

In the month of International Women's Day, our next session celebrates the rich contribution made by female artists to jazz, funk & soul.

Featured vocalist Kat Beckford joins the house band to interpret 4 of her soul inspirations (Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan, Des'ree and Amy Winehouse), with our playlist & projections based around other female artists who've helped shape the musical landscape.

Guest musicians are welcome to join the open jazz/funk/soul jam session which follows.
